New president named to Community Foundation of West Texas
Stephen Warren has been named as President of the Community Foundation of West Texas, effective June 29, 2016 Mr. Warren has extensive experience in West Texas non-profit organizations, including Texas Boys Ranch, Lubbock Christian School, and Boy Scouts of America.
