Established in 1990, the Association of Texas Leaders for Education, commonly known as ATLE, serves to assist students who wish to pursue their education at a post-secondary level. Foundation awards over $2 million in 2016
Since its inception in 1981, the Community Foundation of West Texas (Formerly Lubbock Area Foundation) has had the privilege and honor of awarding over $18 million in grants and scholarships to help better our community. Last year alone, the Community Foundation of West Texas was able to provide $2 million in the form of scholarships and grants to those in the South Plains region. More than $712,000 alone was given to grants and scholarships for education and youth in 2016. T
