Community Foundation of West Texas Grantee & Scholarship Luncheon

The Community Foundation of West Texas will hold their annual Grantee Luncheon recognizing (5) nonprofit organizations and the outstanding service they provide to Lubbock and the South Plains. The four recognized organizations are Lubbock Arts Alliance, Remember Our Heroes, Paul’s Project, and Literacy Lubbock. Each will receive a $500.00 grant. An Impact Award Grantee (TBA) will receive a $1,000.00 grant!

Also to be honored will be the seven exceptional Lubbock County high school students that have been selected to receive the prestigious Don & Sybil Harrington Scholarship which is valued at $20,000.00 each. The Don & Sybil Harrington Scholarship Endowment was established at the Community Foundation of West Texas in 2006 and has provided $822,000.00 to date.
